We Do Care are a specialist outreach support service that works with families of
young people over the age of 16 with disabilities or learning difficulties.
At We Do Care we support young people to become fully included in everyday activities that all young people want to take part in as well as provide a support service for the entire family.
We Do Care have support staff who are experienced and fully trained in supporting a young person with a difficulty or disability, to achieve their goals.
Before we commence any booking for activities with your child, we will arrange a visit to meet them and conduct a detailed assessment of the things your child would like to take part in. We Do Care will then match your families needs with a support worker to ensure their suitability and personality are suited.
Our rates start from as little as £15.00 per hour.
